Terrific location, Kensington/High Street tube station across the street, Starbucks & Whole Foods, lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Easy access to Heathrow. Great view if you can get a room on the Hyde Park side. Recommend Cote French bistro across the street/down an alley for breakfast & dinner (free wireless!).     Expensive hotel food, didn't eat or drink in the hotel once - we were a family of five. Not impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel, but once inside all concerns vanished as this is a really nice hotel. We will certainly stay there again when we visit London. Would have liked free wireless access. Had to go to Starbucks across the street and pay with a Starbucks card to get free wireless.
