Fab, particularly good location in London, next to the London skyline as well as Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and the London skyline. A reasonably spacious and cheap room with the view on the street.

I faced some discomfort due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system, which impacted my overall experience. Still, it's a solid choice for families, thanks to the cute staff and convenient location.

Excellent hotel. Helpful, polite staff. Modern, stylish, very comfortable, newly renovated room. Comfortable king sized beds, nice linens, very clean, really nice bathroom. Terrific location, Kensington/High Street tube station across the street, Starbucks & Whole Foods, lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Easy access to Heathrow. Great view if you can get a room on the Hyde Park side. Recommend Cote French bistro across the street/down an alley for breakfast & dinner (free wireless!). Kind of expensive hotel, but every hotel in London is expensive (even the not so nice ones can be expensive) so overall, so why not stay somewhere nice? Overall, we were satisfied with our room rates for the quality and overall sta
Expensive hotel food, didn't eat or drink in the hotel once - we were a family of five. Not impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel, but once inside all concerns vanished as this is a really nice hotel. We will certainly stay there again when we visit London. Would have liked free wireless access. Had to go to Starbucks across the street and pay with a Starbucks card to get free wireless.
